Ni lah dia, hasil tanaman petikan di kebun kecil depan rumah:

Momma chili + Baby chili 

Sebelum ni cili padi tu keluar banyak, berbelas-berbelas biji jugak. Tapi tak tertuai-tuai sampailah dia akhirnya mengecut dekat pokok tu. Dan kali ni dia keluar satu je. Merajuk dah kot.

Cili besar tu pun sama kes. Sebelum ni keluar 2,3 biji jugak. Kali ni satu je.

Okay, chillies, I'm picking you this time. Please sprout more, will you?

..SNDROM..

*semalam dah siap taip, siap publish lg, entah macam mana, entri tu tak muncul pun kat blog ni. Isk isk - terpaksa taip balik semula.

Nak cerita pasal buku ni sebenarnya - which is a very inspiring touch from Malaysia's photography legend.

Buku ni memang tak de sentuh on technical aspect langsung but I think RM80 is still very worth it since he shares most of his earliest experience, mostly of his struggle to begin and survive the photography world. He also emphasizes on marketing strategy which is very crucial in order to be very very well-known.

It's interesting to go through his challenging journey to make millions out of RM90 within two years. *mari berangan nak jadi macam dia hehe

All in all, i think this book is a must-have to pencinta fotografi yang nak buat duit :)

Owh, btw, buku ni hanya dijual online so boleh taip 'saifulnang wordpress' (lupa website link dia) to order. Hasil jualan buku ni ada disumbangkan ke Rumah Pengasih Warga Prihatin, so sambil menimba ilmu, sambil mendermalah.

..2011 Beginning..

My first customer for 2011. In fact, this couple was also my first customer in 2010. Thanks a lot, Ima & Aiman :)

Last year they trusted me to edit their engagement pictures, and this year again they trusted me to edit their wedding pictures. Terharu...

Terjumpa gambar lama ini masa tengah godek-godek isi laptop.


Cahaya yang sangat cantik kat langit.

This was taken in 2007, on the way balik from work, seingat saya somewhere around Kempas. Using ordinary compact digi-cam.

*2007 was the year my passion for photography grew stronger. I've developed the interest since I was in my final year in USM but at that time, I didn't even have a camera.

..Photobook & Sampai Syurga..

Dah 3 malam tidur pukul 4 pagi, so hari ni siap sudah kerja meng-edit gambar. Nasib baik sempat hantar printing before pukul 12mlm tadi.

*Ngantuk... So boleh tidur awal malam ni.

Tadi siapkan kerja sambil dengar lagu ni sahaja berulang-ulang kali. Kenapa ye saya baru perasan lagu ni best giler? Lagu ni yang jadi Juara Lagu tahun *lupa.

Saya kurang amik tau sangat kalau penyanyi yang datang dari reality show, no matter how good they are. Sebab saya rasa once diorang join this reality show ni - they become less artistic. Haha. But maybe he's the only exception - Faizal tahir memang bestlah :)

..Hijau Oren..

Tak tahu nama apa nama pokok yang memang dah ada kat dalam pagar rumah since we moved in ini.

Bila dia tengok tergantung-gantung kat pokok, nampak cute sangat jadi haruslah ambik gambar.

..Puasa Day 2..

..which was bersamaan dengan my birthday. Malam sebelum tu Mak dah kasik present :) Sangat cantik, suka :) Maybe buat entri lainlah pasal tu, kalau rajin.

Too bad, pagi tu tak terbangun sahur walaupun Mak dah kejutkan. Maybe penat travel siang sebelum tu tak habis lagi.

Hari tu hujan dan saya sempat practise skill photography untuk ambik gambar air menitik.

Petang pukul 3 pergi rumah Buyan, then we off to amik baju raya. So flattered that lil' Aisya still remember her "Kakak" and "Kakel". Adehla, nampaknya lekatlah panggilan Kakak tu so I boleh perasan muda selalu :P. Aisya kadang-kadang panggil En hubby "Uncle", pastu kadang-kadang jadi "Kakel" and kadand-kadang "Abang". Wakakak.

Plan asal nak makan kat luar tapi tak jadi. So take-away saja. Tak teringat pulak nak amik gambar masa berbuka. Menu hari tu: Kerapu sweet sour, siakap bakar, sup ekor (nyum nyum), tomyam, kerabu sotong, ayam pusing, telur dadar, kailan ikan masin, kuih dah tak ingat kuih apa dengan sunquick susu berlaici (betulke nama dia ni).

Nanti sambung hari ketiga pulak.

..What A Day..Pheww..

Yesterday was such a long day (in a good way). Gained new experience *esp how to handle panic, big thanks to En Hubby :)

I enjoyed taking pictures during Nikah ceremony, but i found Malam Berinai ceremony very challenging.

Besides, malam tadi baru tau macam mana "Malam Berinai" kat Johor. Nothing like I had imagined before. Maklumlah, kat Terengganu tak de majlis ni.

It was exhausting but still fun to be a part of the bride's friendly family. We arrived at 8pm but the ceremony only started at 930pm. And finished at 12am. Sampai saya tak terkira berapa kali pengantin tukar baju. And they actually have 27 dresses, tapi semalam tak pakai semua.

Malam Berinai ni kira macam dais warming-up. Bergambar kat pelamin sebelum acara sanding yang betul-betul the next day.

Rupanya penat yer jadi photographer. Haha.

Hari ni Majlis Sanding pulak, so please wish me luck :)

..Puteri Harbour part II..

Kitorang pergi sini petang Saturday, dua minggu lepas. this is situated in Nusajaya. I think Nusajaya will look like Putrajaya when it's done, only in smaller scale. And owh, rupa-rupanya sebelah pagi PM ada datang sini jugak.

Ramai jugak photographer datang sini petang tu. But honestly to me, I didnt know how to get creative here. Rasanya saya lebih suka potraiture / close-up photo compared to landscape. Agaknyalah.

..Puteri Harbour part 1..

Gambar yang diambil oleh En Hubby setelah beberapa kali 'model' ni berpesan "Ambik gambar masa nampak cantik jek" haha. A tough assignment for him, I suppose because I'm totally no photogenic. Pastu, tang mana pulak dia nak carik 'cantik' tu..

Jadila..kuikuikui

Seriously, I'm not a model material, feeling all awkward in front of camera- I prefer being behind the camera. That's where I belong kot hahaha.

..Ray of Light..

Dark clouds surrounded the sun's ray.

Gambar diambil petang Selasa - guna ordinary compact camera. I couldnt watch with naked eyes that time because it was painful to stare straight at the sun, but I knew I'll love the scenery.

I hope by enjoying the beauty of Allah's creation will bring me closer to Allah. Insya Allah.

..Aku seekor semut..

Saya tak de skill mengedit gambar.

Makanya gambar-gambar semua ni adalah raw and unedited. *tak malu jek nak tunjuk gambar-gambar yang tak lawa ni kan? Please pardon me, saya budak baru belajar dan belum pandai-pandai lagi nih. Huhu.

Niat di hati nak fokus sang semut tapi semut-semut ini asyik lari-lari je time nak snap. Tensen betul.

bokehku tidak menjadi.. T_T

Manusia ni memang tak pernah puas kan? Saya macam bengang tengok gambar2 tak cantik lalu menyalahkan diri yang tak de lense 50mm. *bukan nak menyalahkan diri yang tak de skill. Haha.

Dah kemaruk lense itu pulak. Buyan, can I borrow yours? hehe, tetibe.

And owh, rupa-rupanya pokok ubi kayu mempnyai kombinasi warna yang menarik iaitu merah & hijau. Dan ada 'crosslink' effect pulak.

..Basic DSLR Course..

i balik kampung last Thursday semata-mata untuk course 2 hari (2 &3 April) ni. siap amik cuti 1 and a half day.

initial plan was to attend it with my sis but her morning sickness was not geting better (did i ever mention she's pregnant?), so my bro, Biri2 come to the rescue hehe.

jadi pergilah kami dua-beradik ke course yang fee nya hanyaRM50 seorang. dahlah dapat makan free selama 2 hari..haha, thanks to Markless , btw.

katanya basic DSLR untuk orang-orang yang tak tahu apa-apa pasal DSLR, tapi macam ramai yang dah terror-terror ni, jadi diorang semua asyik amik gambar power2 while me dengan gambar-gambar amatur gila..huhu..ada dalam lebih kurang 12 orang join course ni bertempat di Bilik Seminar kat A&W Pantai Batu Buruk.

Saya berpuas hati dapat join kelas ini. At least i get to understand more on 3 most important terms in photography - aperture, shutter and ISO.
