Saya dulu pernah terfikir yang saya macam tak ada harapan nak buat masakan yang susah-susah macam nasi ayam, nasi beriani, nasi kunyit, nasi dagang...
But last Sunday, after being challenged several times by En Hubby, I called Mak for Nasi Kunyit recipe(I think in some place is it known as Pulut Kuning).
Although at first I was quite reluctant to do it sebab kena kukus 2 kali, macam rumit je, bolehkah saya buat ni, but what the heck, you'll never know if you never try, right ;P
Beras pulut yang dah direndam semalaman siap sedia untuk dikukus pertama kali.

Actually Mak ada ajar jugak buat rendang daging, tapi masa pergi beli ingredients tu lupa pulak bawak list bahan-bahan tu, so I settled for daging masak merah sajalah to go with the Nasi Kunyit.
Ta-daa...
Walaupun agak lembik pulut ini, still Nasi Kunyit mission accomplished. See, nothing is really impossible. Haha, ok, exaggerating..
So what's next? Nasi dagang? Hmm...
